For Our Client, a multinational Bank, we are looking for a Head of Audit, directly reporting to Group Audit in Head-Quarter:Audit planning/ Design• Develop an annual audit plan using input from the team, the Bank and BNR to identify priorities and resources requirements for the year. .Annual audit plan to cover all activities of the Bank , including rolling update of BUD, risk analysis and plan• Meet to Directors and Managers to discuss needs and purpose audits, to build stakeholder requirements into department plans.• Schedule and assign audits, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources• Ensure quality control of the team’s audit plans on an ongoing basis by reviewing and approving plans as they are developed and comunicated to clients• Delivery of the plan on time and in full. Review and report on progress vs. planning quarterly• Ensure audit quality in line with GIA Methodology and a „ generally complies” with IIA standards• Responsibility for audit asurance role and escalation of significant issues and developments • Fully support and participate in QA/ peer reviews • Oversee and provide quality control for the department audit, to ensure department mandate and business goals are met and that professional standards are maintained at all times• Develop the team’s engagement with and support of major business changes programmes thus ensuring that appropriate consideration of risk and control is given to all changes• Ensure final reports are issued with all recommendations agreed and accepted by the audited individual/ group• Full and timely delivery of Monthly Control Report and Quarterly OpinionPeople management• Manage and oversee team performance through performance planning, coaching and performance appraisals• Provide ongoing feedback to the team to ensure they develop the skills and competencies required for effective planning and individual professional and personal career growth• Motivate and inspire the team by providing them with the informationand tools they need to do their jobs well • Manage the headcount, recruiting and developing resources as requiredImproving the practice of Audits• Build relationship with leaders across the organisation to understand issues and identify areas for improvement• Support and encourage team members to be proactive• Develop new mwthodologies to improve the audit process, making iteasier for the organisation• Provide assistance to the business in meeting regulatory requirementsGeneral• Any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job• Actively comply with the bank’s corporate values and business principles and the Group Audit Code of EthicsIf interested, please send your resume for the attention of Cosmin Cucu at ccucu@antal.com and Mihaela Cojanu at mcojanu@antal.com.Due to the high volume of applications only the candidates selected for the next step will be contacted.Thank you in advance for your application!
