The nominees will coordinate an agency’s entire activity, manage a team of professionals, promote Alpha Bank’ products and services and identify opportunities for business development; she/ he will establish highly professional long-term relationships with the customers and prepare reports for management.

Cerinte

Job requirements:  University degree in Economics; At least 3+ years experience in banking system (in RON and FX clientele, operations and retail credit-related areas) out of which min. 2 years experience preferably in a similar position or performing a supervisory activity within customer desk / credit departments of a branch/ an agency; Knowledge of banking legislation and NBR’s regulations; Analytical thinking and a general professional approach are needed; Good command of English, both spoken and written; Leadership, communication and interpersonal relating skills;  Presentation, negotiation and selling skills; Well organized, team-oriented, with initiative and a positive attitude; Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person.
