Adecco Human Resources is recruiting for his client, a multinational spanish company active in aeronautical industry - Administrative Assistant:Elaborating, registering and checking monthly invoices; Elaborating primary accounting documents; Keeping track of accounting records.Collaborating to keep up to date and accurate financial and accounting records;Answering incoming calls in a professional way, dealing with inquiries and connecting callers to correct person;Sorting and distributing the correspondence;Resolving various administrative task as: execute and maintenance any administrative database of the different areas; deliver/pick up official documentation;Archiving the office's documents;Keeping a fully stocked office.Making sure that all equipment in the office is in good working order and ensuring that any problems that arise are quickly dealt with;Welcoming visitors both staff and clients.
Cerinte
Minimum High School degreeExperience required: minimum 1 year in accounting and / or administrative;Experience in working with an ERP system is an advantageBasic accounting knowledge;Knowledge of general accounting principles, laws and regulations;Good knowledge of English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office;Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail oriented and pro-active attitude.
